Protected.Even when you are away.
Drive in and the gate recognises your vehicle. Pre-approved visitors pass through without a phone call. Bills are paid from the application. Announcements and bookings live in the same place.

Drive. Pass. Live.
Every resident, visitor and service provider goes through the same three-step flow. No cards. No fobs. No phone calls at 2am.
- Step 01
Entry
LPR camera recognises the plate as the car approaches. If it’s on the register, the barrier opens in under three seconds.
- Step 02
Access
Residents invite guests from the app with a QR pass. Guards see the visit on the panel and the plate auto-registers for the window.
- Step 03
Live
Book the function room, pay maintenance fees, read the water-disruption notice. One inbox. One resident.
- Step 04
Exit
Plate read again on the way out. Audit trail written to Kiple Cloud; managers see every movement on one dashboard.

Does every resident need to install the app?
No. Plates still work at the gate. The app unlocks visitor approval, bill payments, bookings and announcements. Managers usually see 70 to 90% resident adoption within the first month after a signposted rollout.
What happens during a lane power outage?
The boom barrier has a mechanical manual release and the LPR unit holds 72 hours of event logs locally; the cloud reconciles once power returns. We also supply an optional UPS for the cabinet.
Can we keep our existing RFID cards during migration?
Yes. KipleHome runs card + plate in parallel for the transition window you specify. Residents usually stop carrying cards within two weeks without prompting.
Who holds the payments licence?
Kiple (our sister entity) holds the Bank Negara Malaysia EMI licence issued in 2006. Maintenance fees and utility payments flow through a Shariah-compliant wallet.
How long does a typical deployment take?
Fourteen days for a single guardhouse with up to four lanes. Double-gated developments with multiple towers run three to six weeks depending on cabling and resident communications.
Ready when you are
Start with one lane.Expand when ready.
We deploy per guardhouse, so a single entrance can be piloted before committing the entire development. Share your site plan and we will scope it.
